The position requires great customer service background, detail oriented and have strong organizational skills. Must be able to communicate with customers in person, over the phone or thru written correspondence. Ability to correctly input data into a computer. Must be self motivated and able to receive incoming calls from customers and satisfy requests. Able to provide callers with accurate and current information. Able to forward issues to other departments and be able to follow up to ensure a timely resolution.
